Revitalise Yoga is for everyone

One of the many delights of Yoga is that it truly is for everyone; it is infinitely adaptable and life-affirming. I love the flexibility and diversity of Yoga and that it is open to us all, at all ages and stages of life.

I want to create inclusive Yoga to help you stretch and tone, find calm and peace, build strength and resilience and connect with your body and inner self.

My Yoga classes are inclusive, flexible and draw on a wide range of Yoga traditions and practice. The focus is relaxed and empowering, drawing on the grounded holistic traditions of Hatha, the flow and energy of Ashtanga and the precision and patience of Iyengar.

Some people do classes on or with a chair.

Whether you’ve never done Yoga before or do Yoga every day, or if you want Yoga your way, join us!

At the moment, all my classes are on ZOOM, for many people it offers real benefits – no travelling, no one else can see or hear you (except me) and you can pop in and out without disturbing anyone. If you need a hand using your technology, I can help.

ONLINE CLASSES

Join me for live online classes on ZOOM.

Mondays – 4.30pm – 5.30pm – Gentle Yoga – an inclusive Yoga class for people who like their Yoga slow and chilled and for beginners. This is a closed class, but if you are interested, get in touch.

Thursdays– 4.30 – 5.30pm – Early Evening Yoga – a relaxed class for people who have done Yoga with me before or another teacher.

Classes cost £30.00 for 10 classes, and I also run regular Free Pop Up sessions. Carers come free.

YOGA THERAPY, PRIVATE CLASSES AND YOGA4HEALTH

If you’d like to deepen your practice and get the best out of your Yoga, I also offer Yoga Therapy, one to one and small group sessions for care homes, day centres and individuals.

I am also a qualified Yoga4Health Teacher. Yoga4Health is a 10 week Yoga programme which research shows can have a positive effect on health, happiness and wellbeing.  It’s designed for people with a range of conditions, including stress and anxiety, if you need to lose weight or improve your heart weight, if you are at risk of Type 2 diabetes or just need to feel well, healthy and supported. I’m working with other Yoga teachers and GP surgeries to make it available through social prescribing.  You can also pay for the course. If you’d like to know more, please get in  touch.
